Triggers when you receive message matching message by type and content

Syntax

MESSAGE type message 

type - Message type ID, usually 0 (GAMEMESSAGE) - @see <a href="https://github.com/runelite/runelite/blob/master/runelite-api/src/main/java/net/runelite/api/ChatMessageType.java">ChatMessageType</a>
message - Message to match for this trigger
